Project Overview

The High Speed Indexing Conveyor Project was the development of a concept for conveying card stock intermittently at very high rates. The concept developed uses a simple, low cost approach with few moving parts which significantly reduces the cost of the equipment.

Mechanical Design

Accel Automation used SolidWorks to provide the Mechanical Design services required to create the concept for the system.

Engineering Analysis

Accel Automation used COSMOS Motion to provide the Engineering Analysis services required to determine the torque and power requirements of the drive components.
