With the staff of Accel Automation, comes past employment experience developing a Box Loading Machine. Our staff member provided Mechanical Design and Engineering Analysis services to create this machine.

Project Overview

The Box Loading Machine is a machine which opens the end of a large flat corrugated cardboard box, and inserts a bag which is filled with loosely stacked film, into the box. In addition to designing the machine, our staff member performed a motion analysis to validate the design of the four-bar linkage used to open the box.
